WHY WE’RE HERE 

We are here to serve God and to serve our community.

Historically Christ Church was built in this location because as Sutton expanded southward in the second half of the 19th century it was decided that St Nicholas, in the centre, was too far to walk. Another Church was needed. If you would like to know more about our church building then click HERE

We know what kind of Church we want to be, and we hope you will be part of our future.

·       We want to be a church who truly know and love one another.

·       We want to be a church that is centred on Jesus as we meet him through the Bible, with our weekly worship being the heartbeat of our life together.

·       We want to be a church that people want to be a part of. That means not only wanting to grow our congregation at our services but also have more people coming to our church through our community groups and events.
